Lately my ward has lit a fire under us to get indexing. Years ago I was pretty regular and good at it. This time I dragged my feet a little to get going. Well, as soon as I got going I was addicted again! It is getting easier ad easier and I can get a few batches done a week. My excuse for not doing it before was, "I am going to the temple on a regular basis, that should make up for me not doing it", but so are other members of the church.I completely understand the scripture "And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." -3 Nephi 25:6 Hopefully we won't get hit with a curse, but get better at indexing, family history, and temple work!
